Diamond Willow provides complete care services to each resident. We call our base level of services our Premium Care Package, because that's exactly what it is.
Premium Care Package
- 380-square-foot private suite with private bathroom
- Three well-balanced meals a day plus unlimited snacks
- Weekly housekeeping and linen changes
- Weekly personal laundry
- All utilities (heat, electrical, central air conditioning, water, sewer, and trash collection)
- Meaningful activities
- Medical transportation and coordination
- Cable television
- Telephone access
- A generous amount of assistance to meet personal care and medical care needs
- Licensed and experienced Nursing Home Administrator who supervises operations
- Licensed and experienced Registered Nurse on-call 24 hours/day, seven days/week
- 24-hour, on-site highly trained care specialists
- Nurse liaison with healthcare professionals
- Nurse review every other month
- Care conferences with family and resident as desired or needed
- Nurse coordination of laboratory orders and results
- Coordination of medical appointments
- Medical management
